Adverb
Adverb Is one of the four major word classes, along with nouns, verbs, and adjectives.
Kinds of Verb:
1. Adverb of Time
Adverb of Time is an adverb that expresses the time when an activity or event occurs. Example: I've been quite busy today
2. Adverb of manner
Adverb of Manner is an adverb that describes how an event occurs or is done. Example: Tasya sings the song beautifully
3. Adverb of place
Adverb of Place is an adverb that states the place where an activity or event occurs. Example: Let's eat somewhere
4. Adverb of degree
Adverb of Degree is an adverb used to express how far the level or intensity of an event or activity. Example: I can barely hear your voice from the distance.
5. Adverb of frequency
Adverb of Frequency is a type of adverb used to express how often an event takes place. Example: He goes to work every day.
6. Adverb of purpose
Adverb of Purpose is an adverb that explains the purpose or reason for doing an activity or event. Example: My mom gave me some money so that I can buy food there
Conjunction
Conjunction is a word used to connect equivalent language units (word by word, phrase by phrase, clause by clause, sentence by sentence, and so on)
Kinds of conjunction
1. Compound conjunction
Compound conjunction are conjunctions that connect things that are equal. compound conjunctions are divided into 2, among others:
Coordinate conjunction
Example: She was absent yesterday, for she was sick.
Correlative conjunction
Correlative conjunctions consist of paired conjunctions. Example: Both the driver and the passager were injured in the accident.
2. Complex conjunction
A complex conjunction is a conjunction that connects the main clause (main clause) and the subordinate clause (sub clause). Example: He was talking on the phone when I arrived.
